Step 2: Your documents

PDF, JPEG, PNG or HEIC (iPhone photos). Up to 10 files, each up to 10 MB, 50 MB in total.

Step 3: Send

By sending, you confirm these documents are for Verity Advisors and agree that we may use them to work on your claim.

Please never email us account numbers or ID documents: this page is the safe way to send them. Do not type bank or card numbers in the note.
